Delivery Information
If you place an order till 1 pm IST, then we dispatch the product on the same day and we will share tracking number and notify you through mail as, however mentioned standard delivery is applied to almost all orders for faster processing of the orders.
Standard Delivery Duration : 3-5 business days
Shipping charges will vary from one product to another as per the product details. If more than one quantity is ordered shipping rate would also be multiplied to the number of quantity depending on product as shown during checkout.
We have simple Same Day Dispatch policy for all the orders received before 1pm.
In Delhi and NCR We either Deliver the product very same day or next day. Next Day Delivery is available for all Delhi & NCR regions.
On which days do we not deliver?
Items are only delivered on business days. Apart from Sundays, there are certain holidays throughout the year that are not considered as business days. Deliveries will not happen on these days. In some exceptional cases we may deliver on weekends as well.

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in India. We may also accept orders from international customers depending on the quantity and shipping availability.

Shipment processing time : All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. You will be notified about the Estimated Delivery Date(EDD) in your Order confirmation email after your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
We will let you know the specific delivery date once your order is dispatched. We are working to get your orders across as soon as possible.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [10-15] business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on Sundays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
The speeds that show are dependent on those made available by the seller.

- Second Day - Should arrive in 2 business days after shipment
- Next Day - Should arrive by the end of business day after shipment
- Pick up - Pick up at our Warehouse facility.

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

Free shipping and returns are not available for internationally shipped orders. Orders shipping to Nigeria,
Ghana and Georgia may be subject to additional verification. We will email you if your order will be delayed.
If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was
declined or undeliverable, www.okaeya.com reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee
and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable
packages or merchandise to us. www.okaeya.com ships with UPS, FedEx & many other courier partners. Shipping
fees are calculated on a combined basis of weight, value (for insurance purposes), and destination. Some orders
are shipped in multiple parcels. We do not add additional fees to your order if we ship in multiple parcels.
Important U.S. Shipping Notices
We must accept your order by 11:00 AM Eastern time Monday through Friday in order to process the order for you
on the same business day or else it will be normally get processed within 2-3 business days as per the nature of the
order. There are no deliveries for www.okaeya.com on Saturdays or Sundays, or on national and federal holidays.
www.okaeya.com ships Monday through Friday only, excluding national and federal holidays, to addresses in the
U.S. Sorry, but we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or to military APO/FPO addresses.
