Refund Policy

7 Days No Questions Asked Money Back Return Policy 


Though We Are Confident That Products Once Purchased From OkaeYa Would Never Need To Be Returned Due To Its Best Quality, Still Our Simple Refund Policy Is As Under:

  1. OkaeYa Return Policy is Really Simple  if you are not happy or satisfied with any products purchased from OkaeYa then we will take it back as long as it is withing 7 days of return period from the day you received it unless it is a special ordered item. And issue you refund immediately after receiving the same.
  2. If you have opened it or damaged the packaging(not the product), we'll still take it back after charging up to 20% re-stocking fee.
  3. If it's brand new and unopened, we'll issue you full refund for the product value. The only exception when we don't accept a return is if it has been used or damaged by you or if the product is returned incomplete or without accessories or missing items.

  4. If the fault is ours e.g. faulty product on arrival, mixed up, different product then shown on website, we'll of course pay for return shipping as well.

  5. If the product is returned with missing items we will issue you partial refund as per the returned items value.


How to return?

  1. Send the product back to us considering product safety with proper packaging to ensure that it won't get damaged during shipping.
  2. Contact us through email okaeyastore@gmail.com or by phone number and we'll email you a return form.
  3. Follow the simple instructions mentioned on the form which is very easy to follow. And sharing the tracking number with us once you have sent it back to us.


The Full Terms Of This Return Policy:

No Questions Asked

"No Questions Asked" means that you never have to give a reason in order to return your order for a full refund, if all of the following criteria are met:

  • You requested the return within 7 days after delivery
  • You have NOT opened the packaging
  • You have NOT used the product in any way
  • The item is not a special ordered item (stock ordered upon request), customised products, pre-paid value cards or gift cards.

Conditions For A Full Refund (No Re-stocking Fee):

All of the below mentioned conditions must be met to issue you a full refund:

  • Item is returned to us within 7 days after delivery
  • A return form is attached to your return with a valid RAN (Return Authorisation Number)
  • You have not opened the packaging of the products
  • You have not used the product in any way
  • You have not damaged the packaging
  • Item returned is not a special order item (stock ordered upon request), customised product, pre-paid value cards or gift cards.

20% Re-stocking Fee:

We will accept return with up to 20% re-stocking fee deducted from the refund depending on the condition of the item we receive, if

  • The package of the product is opened, OR
  • The package of the product is damaged

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Any item more than 7 days after delivery(Some Exceptions Can Be There As Per management Decision)
  • Software that is opened
  • Customised items
  • Special Order items (items with "Stock ordered upon request" status)
  • Underwater equipment that has been submerged
  • Consumables that have been opened

We also reserve the rights not to accept a return ,if:

  • There are signs of product being used
  • There are signs of product being damaged
  • Product returned incomplete


Other Notes:

  • You must pay for return postage and ensure the product against loss or damage during its transit to us
  • Refund will be processed immediately within 10 days after we received the returned item(s)
  • You must NOT accept a delivery if the packaging has been damaged
  • You must report any missing item/accessory within 2 days after delivery
